Zwisler, Of Counsel at Ogletree Deakins will present "When Harry Becomes Sally:  Accommodating Gender Transitions in the Workplace."   Managing workplace relationships between coworkers, colleagues, friends, mentors and bosses can be difficult.  Managing a workplace through an employee’s gender transition is likely to be even harder due to additional practical and legal challenges.

  • Understanding the current landscape of employment laws and what protections are (and are not) available
  • Developing a plan to work through than any issues related to gender transition.
