Please join the Mile High Chapter Education Committee at our monthly luncheon on July 19th at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center, 1420 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202.  Our speaker David Auddell will present on Breaking the Coashin Code:  Creating a Culture of Highly Effective Teams.

Session Objectives:  We will discuss the 4 Coaching Zones:  Zone 1: Feedback, Zone 2: Training, Zone 3: Mentoring, Zone 4: Collaborating and how to reach Optimized Coaching.  David will provide the audience with a “playbook” on how to start the process.

David will explain his four coaching zones (feedback, training, mentoring, and collaborating) and teaches future gurus how to set a foundation for success, identify opportunities, and make a difference one issue at a time. David’s method starts with the skills you have and shows how even small tweaks can mean huge change.
