Business Partner Spotlight:

Real estate is one of the biggest expenses to law firms right behind salaries. *

Vacant office space is bad for your firm’s image and bad for your firm’s bottom line.  LawBank partners with law firm administrators of the MHALA to save them time and money by filling their vacant commercial office space. Law firms that work with LawBank to share their space with LawBank’s network of solo and small law firms spend no time on marketing, no time finding renters, and no time collecting rent.

  • Better Law Firm Bottom Line
  • Increased Partner Profits
  • Custom Rental Arrangements (flexible, contractable, expandable, even temporary)
  • Ethical and Collegial Law Firm Environment Maintained
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling Opportunities between Firms Encouraged

Financially savvy law firm administrators in Denver are already working with LawBank to set up and maintain their subletting rental arrangements.  Learn More at
